Further Information
The surname for the daughter Ann Eliza has been deliberately excised from the memorial which also contains at the very bottom the words "HOLLAND CHURCH ROAD". There is no explanation for either.

HMS Confiance was wrecked between Mizen Head and Three Castles Head, Co. Cork, Ireland on 21 April 1822. All 100 aboard were lost.
